Who is Yogi Mona

I don't teach yoga for the perfect pose.

I'm Mona — a yoga teacher, wellness guide, and the woman who knows what it feels like to carry everything while quietly losing herself.

I was born in Iran, where I grew up with the smell of rose water, Persian poetry, and the quiet strength of women around me. When I moved to India, I discovered that everything I already knew in my heart had a name here — a tradition, a deeper meaning.

That journey shaped who I am. And it is the reason I do this work.

I help women feel well — in body, mind, and spirit. Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and simple daily habits — I guide women back to balance. Back to themselves.

I teach especially for:

  • The busy woman who gives everything to everyone else.

  • The woman who is tired, but keeps going anyway.

  • The woman who has traveled far and carries her homeland quietly inside her.

  • The woman who simply wants to feel like herself again
